Children's Music Camp/June 18-21: Our Music Campers will present the wonderful children's musical,Cool in the Furnace, for the entire church family on Thursday, June 21.  The production will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary.  Come at 5:30 p.m. for a BBQ supper.

 

Richard's Final Service:  Come worship with us on Sunday, June 24 at the only service at 11:00am.  This will be Rev. Richard Hendry's last service before his retirement.  The service will feature special music and Rev. Hendry preaching a challenging message about the future of Littleton UMC.  Following the service a special pot-luck will take place in Grant Fellowship Hall and a brief presentation to Richard and Lisa for 16 wonderful years of ministry at Littleton UMC.  Bring a side-dish or dessert to share.

 

LUMC's Rockies Baseball Night/June 29 @ 6:05 p.m. Coors Field:  Join us for a wonderful evening of Major League Baseball at LUMC's Rockies Night!  The selected game is on Friday, June 29 with the first pitch scheduled at 6:05 p.m.  Tickets are on sale now in the church breezeway on Sunday mornings.  Let's go Rockies!

 

Independence Day Celebration/July 1 at 12:00 p.m. in the Courtyard:  Come celebrate our country's glorious anniversary with music, song and watermelon!  Festivities begin after the second service, July 1 in the LUMC Courtyard.  There will be lunch at an old-fashioned picnic and patriotic music by the Golden Eagle Brass Band.  Those attending are asked to bring a salad or dessert.  Invite your friends and neighbors to share in this patriotic celebration.  Bring blankets or lawn chairs and dress in your best Red, White, and Blue!  Thanks UMM for sponsoring this event!

 

Relay for Life:  Littleton UMC is once again sponsoring a team at the Washington Park Relay for Life event, July 20-21.  This event raises money and promotes awareness of the American Cancer Society.  Please support LUMC's Team by making a donation!

 

Vacation Bible School/July 23-27:  Come and join us 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for this summer's Vacation Bible School.  SKY: Everything is Possible with God!, is open to all children age 2 years to rising 6th grade.  Registration is free!  Plus, everyone is invited to LUMC's Church-Wide Picnic on Friday, July 27 at 6:00 p.m. in the Courtyard for food, fun and fellowship.  Music will be provided by the VBS children. 

 

Rev. Trudy Robinson's Welcome:  Come welcome our new Senior Minister, Rev. Trudy Robinson, on Sunday, July 29 at a special one service only at 11:00 am.  The first service of a new era for LUMC will feature Rev. Robinson preaching her first sermon as our newly installed Sr. Minister.  Our choirs will sing special music.  A pot-luck will follow in the Church Courtyard.  Join us on this special day!
